The INFINITY‘s numerous functions have been showcased during this demo, covering it’s capabilities to Blast Chill, Shock Freeze, Low Temp Slow Cook (Max 85Deg), Proofing, Thawing & Regeneration and it’s Comby Cycles, where you can run many of the aforementioned cycles concurrently, without staff supervision.
Salmon “Bocconcini”, Prawn Salad, Chicken Breast, Chicken Leg, and many more tasty recipes were expertly carried out with the Infinity by Roberto.
