MURANO BUFFET

Murano, the new refrigerated wall display case. A perfect solution for the presentation of your food and salad displays whilst still paying particular attention to the hygiene requirements of the user. Conservation of the foodstuff is mantained excellently by the placement of a covered static evaporator coil at the rear of the case.

The display is further enhanced by the particular attention that has been attributed to the design and specification of the lighting system.

The under-body, with its ample storage area, is equipped with three drawers for the cutlery and an open cupboard with middle shelf. It is supplied with sliding glasses on the upper part, drawers and feet as standard and it is available in the colours: light wood and dark wood.

Options: the glass doors for the cupboard, the supporting top and the cutlery tray in the drawer are optionals.

SAMOA BUFFET

Samoa Buffets make it possible to display your dishes with elegance, practicality and hygiene both when you use just one display cabinet and when you, thanks to predispositions and various elements, install them in a row.

The choice is very wide: cold buffets (static refrigeration), hot buffets (glass-ceramic plates or Bain Marie), neutral buffets Gastronorm 4/1 (cold buffets in 3/1 and 6/1 too).

Samoa Buffets are almost entirely built in massive wood, with two shelves made of robust and innovative material, and are fitted with braked castors.

Available standard colours are: light wood, dark wood, white lacquered, or raw, to be varnished: upon demand are also available more than two hundred RAL Classic colours.

KORO BUFFET

The Koro buffet, is available in refrigerated, hot and ambient temperature ranges, it is the idea product if you are looking for a unit featuring clean-cut lines combined with a high level of functionality.

It is available in the following sizes 3/1 GN, 4/1 GN and 6/1 GN refrigerated, 4/1 GN and 6/1 GN in hot and 4/1 GN in ambient temperatures.

The Koro is made of melamine-faced wood, options are light wood, dark wood and white as standard. Standard features are a plexiglass hood that can be manually lowered, options of non-scratch and stainless steel tray slides are available on request.

The unit compartment is easily accessible allowing trouble free maintenance and cleaning of the condenser.
